Petri Lindroos was born in Finland. His repertoire includes Filippo in Don Carlo, Fiesco in Simon Boccanegra, Zaccaria in Nabucco (Verdi), Mefistopheles in Faust (Gounod) and in La Damnation du Faust (Berlioz), the title role in Mefistofele (Boito), Gremin in Yevgeni Onegin (Tchaikovsky), Pimen in Boris Godunov (Mussorgsky), Sarastro in Die Zauberflote, the Commendatore in Don Giovanni (Mozart) and other roles. He performs in La Scala in Milan and in the opera houses of Paris, Montpellier, Naples, Helsinki, Tokyo, Parma, Copenhagen, Oslo, Brussels, Munich, Rome and others.
