Daniel Bianco, set designer, was born in Spain. He is currently associate artistic director of the Teatro Arriaga in Bilbao. He designed many opera, ballet and theatre productions in Spain and in other countries including the operas Die Feen (Wagner), Don Giovanni (Mozart), Gulio Cesare in Egitto (Handel) and the musical The Sound of Music. He designed plays for most theatre companies in Spain. This is his first work at the Israeli Opera.
