Radu Pintilie was born in Romania. His repertoire includes Bartolo and Don Basilio in Il barbiere di Siviglia (Rossini), Bartolo in Le nozze di Figaro, Sarastro in Die Zauberflote (Mozart), the title role in Don Pasquale (Donizetti), Colline in La boheme (Puccini), Sparafucile in Rigoletto (Verdi) and other roles. He is a member of the Bucharest Opera and performs in other opera houses in Romania and abroad.
