Alexandre Heyraud, set designer, was born in France. He has designed numerous productions including the operas La clemenza di Tito (Mozart), Nabucco, Macbeth (Verdi), Therese, Thais, Le Roi de Lahore, Werther, Manon, Herodiade, Sapho (Massenet), Faust (Gounod), Norma (Bellini), Carmen (Bizet), Lucia di Lammermoor (Donizetti), Pagliacci (Leoncavallo), Salome (R. Strauss), Lakme (Delibes) and many others. He works at all French operas houses including Toulon, Marseille, Monte Carlo, Saint Etienne as well as in Liege. This is his first work for the Israeli Opera.
