Ketzef Tali, sopranoTali Ketzef, soprano, was born in Israel. She studied at the Buchman-Mehta School of Music at the Tel Aviv University. Her repertoire includes Violetta in La traviata, Gilda in Rigoletto (Verdi), Blanche in Les Dialogues des Carmelites (Poulenc), Titania in A Midsummer Night's Dream (Britten), Valencienne in Die lustige Witwe (Lehar), Najade in Ariadne auf Naxos (R. Strauss) and other roles. Her concert repertoire includes Mozart's Requiem and Great Mass, Bach's Magnificat, Vivaldi's Gloria, Faure's Requiem, Poulenc's Gloria and other works. She received the Eli Leon, Basser and Bercovici scholarships. Tali Ketzef was a member of the Israeli Opera's Meitar Opera Studio where her repertoire included Adele in Die Fledermaus (J. Strauss), Gretel as well as the Dew Fairy and the Sand Fairy in Hansel und Gretel (Humperdinck), Susanna in Le nozze di Figaro, Despina in Cosi fan tutte, Pamina as well as Papagena in Die Zauberflote, the leading lady in The Impresario (Mozart), Giulietta in I Capuleti ed i Montecchi (Bellini) and other roles.
