Mario Malagnini was born in Italy. His repertoire incudes Calaf in Turnadot, Cavaradossi in Tosca, Rodolfo in La boheme, Pinkerton in Madama Butterfly (Puccini), Radames in Aida, Manrico in Il trovatore, Forresto in Atila, the title role in Otello and in Don Carlo (Verdi), Don Jose in Carmen (Bizet), Maurizio in Adriana Lecouvreur (Cliea) and many others. He performs regularly in La Scala in Milana, the Arna di Verona, Royal Opera House Covent Garden and the opera houses of Munich, Berlin, Caracalla, Lisbon, Rome, Genova, Santiago de Chile and many others.
