Luca Grassi was born in Italy. His repertoire includes Marcello in La boheme, Sharpless in Madama Butterfly (Puccini), Silvio in Pagliacci (Leoncavallo), Ricardo in I Puritani (Bellini), Stankar in Stifellio, Ezio in Attila, Germont in La traviata, Ford in Falstaff, the title role in Macbeth (Verdi), the title role in Don Giovanni, Figaro and the Count in Le nozze di Figaro (Mozart), Frederick in Lakme (Delibes), Zurga in Les Pêcheurs de Perles, Escamillo in Carmen (Bizet), Enrico in Lucia di Lammermoor (Donizetti), Solomon in La Reine de Saba (Gounod), the title role (baritone version) in Werther (Massenet) and many other roles.
