His vast repertoire includes Mime in Der Ring des Nibelungen, David and Zorn in Die Meistersinger von Nuremberg (Wagner), Pong in Turandot, Goro in Madama Butterfly  (Puccini), Monostatos in Die Zauberflote (Mozart), Red Whiskers in Billy Budd, Snout in A Midsummer Night's Dream (Britten), First and Fourth Jew in Salome (R. Strauss), Vova in Life with an Idiot (Schnittke) and many others. He performs regularly at the Royal Opera House Covent Garden, ENO, WNO, Scottish Opera and the opera houses of Madrid, Stuttgart, Glyndebourne, Amsterdam and many others.
