Moni Mendik, costume designer, as born in Israel. He is a graduate of the fashion design department at Shenkar. He is a fashion designer and also designs costumes for theatre productions. He also leads design and painting projects. Among his designs for the stage: Twelfth Night for Gesher Theatre, Alei Kinor for the Beersheva Theatre, A Few Good Men and Sheindale for Beit Lesin as well as Guys and Dolls, Little Women, Emil and the Detectives, Rashumon, Yerma, Company, Six Characters in Search of an Author and others. This is his first work for the Israeli Opera.
