Hilel Medini, age 15, mezzo soprano, was born in the USA and immigrated to Israel at the age of 4. He studies at the ninth grade of the Keshet Democratic School where he studies improvisation and composition and performs in musical ensembles. He was a member of both the young Efroni and the Efroni Choir. He plays the piano, saxophone and guitar. With the Efroni Choir he participated in the Israeli Opera's production of La Gioconda (Ponchielli). At the Israeli Opera he performed the Second Boy in Die Zauberflote (Mozart) and Prentik in The Cunning Little Vixen (Janacek).
