Javier Ulacia, revival director, was born in Spain. He works regularly with Emilio Sagi on productions such as L’elisir d’amore, Linda di Chamonix, Don Pasquale (Donizetti), Otello, Il Turco in Italia, La Cenerentola (Rossini), I puritani (Bellini), Manon (Massenet), La traviata, Don Carlo, Nabucco (Verdi), Mefistofele (Boito) and others. He has worked in the opera houses of Buenos Aires, Madrid, Rome, Mexico City, Oviedo, Philadelphia, Bilbao and others. At the Israeli Opera he revived the productions of Carmen (Bizet), Lucia di Lammermoor and Le Fille du Regiment (Donizetti).
