Roberto Aronica, tenor, was born in Italy. His repertoire includes the Duke in Rigoletto, Gabriele Adorno in Simon Boccanegra, Alfredo in La traviata, Riccardo in Un ballo in maschera, title role in Ernani, Macduff in Macbeth (Verdi), Pinkerton in Madama Butterfly, Cavaradossi in Tosca, Rodolfo in La boheme (Puccini), the title role in Les Contes d’Hoffmann (Offenbach), Edgardo in Lucia di Lammermoor (Donizetti) and many other roles. He performs regularly in all leading opera houses around the world including The Metropolitan Opera, the Royal Opera House Covent Garden, the Vienna Staatsoper, La Scala in Milan and the opera houses of Paris, Berlin, Turin, Madrid, Los Angeles, Trieste, Chicago, Munich, Amsterdam, Dresden, San Francisco, Houston and many others. At the Israeli Opera he has performed Rodolfo in La boheme (Puccini) and Pollione in Norma (Bellini).
