Kristin Lewis, soprano, was born in the USA. Her repertoire includes the title role in Aida, Amelia in Un ballo in maschera, Leonora in Il trovatore, Medora in Il Corsaro (Verdi), Nedda in Pagliacci (Leoncavallo), Mimi in La boheme, the title role in Tosca, Liu in Turnadot (Puccini), Serena in Porgy and Bess (Gershwin), Micaela in Carmen (Bizet), Sister Rose in Dead Man walking (Heggie), Donna Anna in Don Giovanni (Mozart) and many other roles. She performs regularly at the Arena di Verona, the Mariinsky in St. Petersburg and the opera houses of Venice, Bilbao, Modena, Parma, Nice, Savonlinna, Catania, Naples, Florence, Rome, Munich, Dresden, Cairo, Lyon and others. At the Israeli Opera she performed the title role in Aida (Verdi) at Masada.
