Dana Tsarfaty, costume designer, was born in Israel. She graduated from the theatre department at the Tel Aviv University. She designed sets and costumes to many theatre productions including Butterflies are Free, Shirley Valentine, Good Night Mother, Shmaryahu, Song & Dance, Honor, Dolphins, Dancing with Daddy, The Chinese Knife Sharpener, Scapain and many others for all leading Israeli theatre companies. This is her first work for the Israeli Opera.
