was born in Russia. He worked as chorus master at the Bolshoi opera and in 2005 joined the Stanislavsky Opera as chief chorus master where he prepared the chorus for all opera productions and concerts. Since 1995 he is also a professor and teacher at the Chorus Conducting Faculty of the Moscow Conservatory.
