Pepa Ojanguren<\/b>, costume designer, was born in Spain. Her numerous opera designs include productions of Mefistofele <\/b>(Boito), Tristan und Isolde <\/b>(Wagner), Pagliacci <\/b>(Leoncavallo), Il trovatore<\/b>, Nabucco <\/b>(Verdi), La vida breve<\/b> (De Falla), Salome <\/b>(R. Strauss), Il pirata<\/b>, I puritani<\/b> (Bellini), Il viaggio a Reims<\/b>, Il barbiere di Siviglia <\/b>(Rossini), Lucrezia Borgia<\/b> (Donizetti) and many others. She has worked at La Scala in Milano and in the opera houses of San Francisco, Madrid, Barcelona, Monte Carlo, Florence, Savonlinna, Bilbao, Valencia, Vienna, Los Angeles, Tokyo and others.
