Nika Yankelevich, soprano, was born in Russia. Her repertoire includes the First Lady in Die Zauberflote, Marcellina in Le nozze di Figaro (Mozart), the Witch in Hansel und Gretel (Humperdinck), Giovanna and Countess Ceprano in Rigoletto (Verdi) and other roles. Nika Yankelevich was a member of the Israeli Opera’s Meitar Opera Studio where her repertoire included the Voice of God in Il primo omicidio (Alessandro Scarlatti), Donna Elvira in Don Giovanni, First Lady in Die Zauberflote (Mozart), the Mother in Hansel und Gretel (Humperdinck) and other roles. At the Israeli Opera she performed Ines in Il trovatore (Verdi).
