Stuart Neill, tenor, was born in the USA. His repertoire includes Arturo in I Puritani (Bellini), Edgardo in Lucia di Lammermoor (Donizetti), Italian Singer in Der Rosenkavalier (R. Strauss), Riccardo in Oberto, Radames in Aida, Manrico in Il trovatore, the title role in Otello (Verdi), Calaf in Turandot (Puccini), the title role in Peter Grimes (Britten), Turridu in Cavalleria rusticana (Mascagni), Canio in Pagliacci (Leoncavallo), the title role in Rienzi (Wagner) and many other roles. He performs regularly at the Metropolitan Opera in New York, La Scala in Milan, the Royal Opera House Covent Garden, the Vienna Staatsoper, the Salzburg Festival, the Arena di Verona and the opera houses of Venice, Frankfurt, Buenos Aires, Philadelphia, Dallas, Chicago, Paris, Berlin, Naples, Copenhagen, Barcelona and many others. This is his Israeli Opera debut.
