Kisselev Alexander, bass

Alexander Kisselev, bass was born in Russia. His repertoire includes Ruslan in Ruslan and Ludmila (Glinka), Pimen in Boris Godunov (Mussorgsky), Gremin in Yevgeni Onegin, King Rene in Iolanta (Tchaikovsky), Sobakin in The Tsar’s Bride (Rimsky Korsakov), Colline in La boheme (Puccini), the Commendatore in Don Giovanni (Mozart), Ramfis in Aida, Zaccaria in Nabucco, Padre Guardiano in La forza del destino (Verdi), Escamillo in Carmen (Bizet) and many other roles. He performed in the Bolshoi as well as in the opera houses of Paris, Prague, Ravenna, Seoul, Trieste, Zagreb and others. This is his Israeli Opera debut.
