Alasdair Kent, tenor, was born in Australia. His repertoire includes Almaviva in Il barbiere di Siviglia, Lindoro in L’Italiana in Algeri, Ramiro in La Cenerentola, Giocondo in La pietra del paragone, Belfiore in Il viaggio a Reims (Rossini), Don Ottavio in Don Giovanni, Tamino in Die Zauberflöte (Mozart), Rinuccio in Gianni Schicchi (Puccini) and others. He performs in the opera houses of Pesaro, Philadelphia, Montpellier, Toulon, Budapest, Wolf Trap, Dallas, Portland, Naples and others.
