Frittoli Barbara, soprano

Barbara Frittoli was born in Italy. Her repertoire includes Leonora in Il trovatore, Alice in Falstaff, Desdemona in Otello, the title role in Luisa Miller, Amelia in Simon Boccanegra (Verdi), Anaide in Mose in Egitto (Rossini), Liu in Turandot, Mimi in La boheme (Puccini), Countess Almaviva in Le nozze di Figaro, Donna Anna and Donna Elvira in Don Giovanni, Sifare in Mitridate re di Ponte (Mozart), Nedda in Pagliacci (Leoncavallo), the title role in Thais (Massenet) and many other roles. She performs regularly at La Scala in Milan, the Metropolitan Opera in New York, the Royal Opera House Covent Garden, the Vienna Staatsoper and in the opera houses of Valencia, Zurich, Madrid, Paris, Munich, Barcelona, Turin, Buenos Aires, Rome, Florence and many others. This is her Israeli Opera debut.
