David Adam Moore, baritone, was born in the United States. His repertoire includes Stanley Kowalski in A Streetcar Named Desire (Frabin), Walter in Angels in America (Ottbusch), Mercutio in Romeo and Juliet (Gounod), Catesby and Rivers in Richard III (Battisti), Count Almaviva in The Marriage of Figaro , the title role in Don Giovanni , Papageno in The Magic Flute (Mozart), Silvio in Pegliacci (Leonquello), Escamillo in Carmen , Sorge in The Pearl Earring (Bizet), Demetrius in A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Brittany), Cascade in The Merry Widow (Lehár), Figaro in The Book of Seville (Rossini), Marcello in La Bohème (Puccini), Rabbi Joshua in The Passover Haggadah (Dessau), Don Carlos in The Stone Guest (Dragomizhsky) and many other roles. He appears regularly at La Scala in Milan as well as at the opera houses of Seattle, Chicago, Geneva, Paris, Tokyo, Kiel, San Diego, New York City Opera and more.
