David Bizic was born in Serbia. His repertoire includes Figaro and Count Almaviva in Le nozze di Figaro, Leporello and Masetto in Don Giovanni, Guglielmo in Cosi fan tutte (Mozart), Marcello and Schaunard in La boheme, Sharpless in Madama Butterfly, Lescaut in Manon Lescaut (Puccini), Belcore in L’elisir d’amore, Enrico in Lucia di Lammermoor (Donizetti), the High Priest in Samson et Dalila (Saint-Saens), Zurga in Les Pecheurs de Perles (Bizet), Albert in Werther (Massenet), the title role in Yevgeni Onegin (Tchaikovsky) and other roles. He performs at the Metropolitan Opera in New York, the Vienna Staatsoper, the Royal Opera House Covent Garden in London and the opera houses of Paris, Barcelona, Belgrade, Stockholm, Strasbourg, Bordeaux, Monte Carlo, Geneva, Moscow, Berlin, Valencia, Los Angeles, Chicago and many others. He was a member of the Israeli Opera Young Artists’ Program.
