Smoriginas Kostas, baritone

Kostas Smoriginas, baritone, was born in Lithuania. His repertoire includes Escamillo in Carmen (Bizet), Leporello and Don Giovanni in Don Giovanni (Mozart), the title role in Yevgeni Onegin (Tchaikovsky), Pietro in Simon Boccanegra (Verdi) and many others. He performs at the Royal Opera House Covent Garden, La Scala in Milan, the Salzburg Festival and the opera houses of Washington, San Francisco, Berlin, Beijing, Aix-en-Provence, Dresden, Santa Fe and many others. At the Israeli Opera he performed Tomsky in Pique Dame (Tchaikovsky).
