The Tower of David. The Dormition Abbey. Churches in the old city of Jerusalem, the new city and the picturesque neighborhood of Ein Kerem. The amazing chapel of the Austrian Hospice. These will be some of the sites for a special music day in Jerusalem on June 3 when choirs, orchestras, singers and instrumentalists will perform a variety of intriguing concerts throughout the day.
You could hear a concert full with Ave Maria works performed by the Bat Kol Children Choir. You can hear Bach Brandenburg concerti performed by the Jerusalem Baroque Orchestra. Opera soloists will perform sacred songs by Italian opera composers accompanied by harp. South American liturgy will be presented in a program featuring the Misa Criola performed by traditional South American instruments and there will be much more.
