The Childhood of Franz Schubert

Every musician in Vienna was impressed with the musical talent of little Franz but his father, the headmaster, insisted that his son will become a teacher. Schubert, who as a child lived in poverty and was always hungry, joined the famous Vienna Boys Choir and composed hundreds of songs, like the Trout, and other charming works. Humor and a touch of magic in a program performed by a string quartet, a singer, a pianist and dancers.
