Brenciu Marius, tenor

Was born in Romania. He won the prestigious Singer of the World Competition in Cardiff in 2001. His operatic repertoire includes Macduff in Macbeth (Verdi), Don Ottavio in Don Giovanni (Mozart), the title role in Idomeneo (Mozart), Alfredo in La traviata (Verdi) and other roles. He performs regularly at the opera houses of Lyon, Paris, Geneva, Berlin, Welsh National Opera, Florence, Toulouse and others.
