Levita Yael, soprano

Was born in Israel. She was a member of the Israeli Opera’s Opera Studio, where her repertoire included Pamina in Die Zauberflote (Mozart) and Gretel in Hansel und Gretel (Humperdinck), and she performed Belinda in Dido and Aeneas (Purcell). With the Israeli Opera she performed as one of the six girls in the 2012 production of Aufstieg un Fall der Stadt Mahagonny (Weill), as Clorinda in the 2011-2012 community production of La Cenerentola (Rossini), and as the Queen of the Night in the 2012-2013 community production of Die Zauberflote (Mozart). She received the AICF, Buchman-Mehta School of Music and the IVAI scholarships.
