Ketzef Tali, soprano


Tali Ketzef was born in Israel. She studied at the Buchman-Mehta School of Music at the Tel Aviv University. Her repertoire includes Gilda in Rigoletto (Verdi), First Witch in Dido and Aeneas (Purcell), Valencienne in Die lustige Witwe (Lehar), Najade in Ariadne auf Naxos (R. Strauss) and other roles. Her concert repertoire includes Mozart's requiem and Great Mass, Bach's Magnificat, Vivaldi's Gloria, Faure's Requiem, Poulenc's Gloria and other works. She received the Eli Leon scholarship. Tali Ketzef was a member of the Israeli Opera's Meitar Opera Studio where her repertoire included Adele in Die Fledermaus (J. Strauss), Gretel as well as the Dew Fairy and the Sand Fairy in Hansel und Gretel (Humperdinck), Susanna in Le nozze di Figaro, Pamina as well as Papagena in Die Zauberflote, the leading lady in The Impresario (Mozart), Gulietta in I Capuleti ed i Montecchi (Bellini) and other roles.
