David Adam Moore was born in the USA. His repertoire includes Stanley Kowalski in A Streetcar Named Desire (Previn), Prior Walter in Angels in America (Eötvös), Mercutio in Romeo et Juliette (Gounod), Catesby and Rivers in Richard III (Battistelli), Silvio in Pagliacci (Leoncavallo), Papageno in Die Zauberflöte, the title role in Don Giovanni, the Count in Le nozze di Figaro (Mozart), Escamillo in Carmen, Zurga in Les Pecheurs de Perles (Bizet), Demetrius in A Midsummer Nights Dream (Britten), Cascada in Die lustige Witwe (Lehar), Figaro in Il barbiere di Siviglia (Rossini), Marcello in La boheme (Puccini), Rabbi Joshua in Hagadah shel Pessach (Dessau), Don Carlos in The Stone Guest (Dargomyzhsky) and many other roles. He performs at La Scala in Milan as well as at the opera houses of Seattle, Chicago, Geneva, Paris, Tokyo, Kiel, San Diego, New York City Opera and others.
