Bravo Eduardo, lighting designer

Eduardo Bravo, lighting designer, was born in Spain. He began his career as a lighting technician in the Zarzuela Theatre in Madrid in 1983. Since 1992 he has worked as a lighting designer for opera companies in Spain and other countries. He has designed lighting for numerous operas including La finta giardiniera (Mozart), Cavalleria rusticana (Mascagni), The Medium (Menotti), Rigoletto (Verdi), Thaïs (Massenet), Le nozze di Figaro (Mozart), Il barbiere di Siviglia (Rossini) and others. He has worked at the opera houses of Spain as well as in Tokyo, Paris, Edinburgh, Mexico, Monte Carlo, Vienna, Los Angeles, Caracas, Liege, Washington, Florida and many others. This is his first work for the Israeli Opera.
