Ojanguen Pepa, costume revival

was born in Spain. She studied in London and upon her return to Spain in 1983 began working with Emilio Sagi in the Granada Festival. She assisted Toni Businger in Mefistofele (Boito) and Tristan und Isolde (Wagner) in Madrid and also worked on Il trovatore (Verdi) and Pagliacci (Leoncavallo) in Barcelona. She designed costumes for Il viaggio a Reims (Rossini) in Pesaro, Salome (R. Strauss) and Iphigenie en Tauride (Gluck) in Oviedo, Luisa Fernanda (Torroba) in Madrid, Washington and Lo Angeles and Lucrezia Borgia (Donizetti) and La battaglia di Legnano (Verdi) in Bilbao. This is her first work at the Israeli Opera.
