Daniel Cohen, conductor, was born in Israel. He is the music director of the Jersey Chamber Orchestra and artistic director of the Gropius Ensemble, in collaboration with the actor Itay Tiran. He has conducted orchestras including the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra, the Luzerner Sinfonieorchester, the Orchestre National de Montpellier, the Kammerphilharmonie Graz, the European Union Chamber Orchestra, the Orchestra del Teatro Petruzzelli, the Orchestra dell’Arena di Verona and the Israel Symphony Orchestra Rishon LeZion.
